Skirt Ripping !?!?!

I have never heard of this skirt ripping before. I guess it's in Japan. That's where a guy runs up and rips off the girls skirt, and then they record it and watch her struggle to cover herself. If that happened here in California, there would be some guy streached out on the sidewalk with his ass kicked. I any rate I must admit that the girls there have on some lovely panties.

It's an intersting concept but I don't think you'd get away with it in the UK either!!

I saw a video where a guys fishing hook gets caught on a girls skirt.He cast and rips it right off.She has a nice pair of panties on and trys to cover up while fussing at the fisherman.She then ask the Victim of the prank to assist in getting her skirt back.
